Distributed load testing and end-to-end test automation, integrated into the delivery pipeline so that regressions surface within minutes rather than during a release window. We also work with teams who have inherited a suite they no longer trust, and rebuild confidence in it.

CI/CD pipelines with monitoring, logging, and alerting designed together rather than bolted on. The goal is a team that can deploy on an ordinary Tuesday afternoon without a war room.

An enterprise agent platform (Salesforce Agentforce, ServiceNow's AI Platform, or an in-house build against one provider) is a reasonable answer to "how do I run agents inside this one system?" It is not an answer to "how do I govern every agent my company runs, on every cloud, indefinitely?" The two questions get confused often enough that we treat them as separate problems.
So we build the second one: one governance model that works the same way whether an agent runs on Bedrock, inside a CRM, on a ticketing platform, or as something entirely custom. Build there if you like, and it becomes one more governed runtime under a control plane you own rather than the whole platform.

We build the control plane with you: your teams build agents on whatever platform fits, we stand up the governance and certification layer underneath, deployed inside your own AWS or Azure account. We run the security and InfoSec review with you rather than around you.
Either way, you own what we build. We're the partner building it with you, not a subscription renting it back.
How we engage.
Most work starts with a short assessment: a few weeks to understand the system, the constraints, and what success would actually look like. From there we scope a delivery phase with clear milestones, and we staff it with our own engineers working alongside yours.
We are equally comfortable owning a workstream end to end or embedding into an existing team. What we will not do is hand over a document and leave.
