BII is the brand of Bellow International Inc, founded in 1992. Very few technology firms can point to a manufacturing floor in their history. We think it shows in how we build.
Our journey.
We began in 1992 as a manufacturing and engineering group: plant and machinery, industrial equipment, fabrics, and industrial chemicals. Nearly three decades of that work taught us things that transfer directly to software: tolerances matter, the cost of a defect rises the later you find it, and a system is only as reliable as its worst-maintained component.
In 2020, we pivoted into technology consulting. In the years since, we have built large-scale commerce platforms, designed and deployed responsive and progressive applications at scale, and delivered major big data and cloud migrations.
The current chapter is AI. We build agent systems and the infrastructure that keeps them governable, applying the same engineering discipline to a technology that is changing faster than anything we have worked with before.
How we work.
Customer delight is our lifeblood, and an always-ready-to-learn attitude drives everything we improve. In practice that means lasting partnerships rather than transactions, and sharing skills, expertise, and ideas rather than guarding them.
We specialise in resilient, highly available systems, and we hold our work to the six pillars of the AWS Well-Architected Framework. It guides our internal practice and gives our partners a consistent way to evaluate an architecture before committing to it.

Where we are.
Our engineering team is based in Chennai, India, and works with partners across time zones. Bellow International Inc remains the registered entity behind everything we do. Existing contracts, agreements, and commitments are unaffected by the BII brand.
